Hopin brought an ambitious challenge to Bokeh: to create nine product videos within a tight five-week window, all while developing a media plan that included prominent OOH placements in key cities and a strong social media presence to promote their brand's fresh vision and transition into both in-person and virtual events.
As the lead integrated producer, my immediate responsibility was to craft a precise project plan. This plan not only featured a carefully structured timeline with staggered deliveries and same-day approvals but also entailed swiftly assembling a highly skilled freelance team. Our mission was to script and storyboard the videos collaboratively with the client, ensuring that we could explain new product features in consumer-friendly language. Simultaneously, we brainstormed creative platforms for the media campaign, providing the client with a sneak peek through mock social media posts, banner ads, and cheeky subway posters.
Once the production phase kicked off, I orchestrated the efforts of both our in-house animators and external partners, expertly navigating the challenges of tight deadlines. The result was truly impressive: a suite of nine product videos infused with bold and captivating motion graphics highlighting product features with simplified UI. Our well-executed media campaign also delivered exceptional results, increasing site traffic by an impressive 109%.
